You can adjust the display and brightness on your iPhone or iPad by going to Settings > Display & Brightness. You can turn off the blue light by tapping the Night Shift setting, which alters the screen temperature to a warmer color.
You can control when the screen changes colors and what colors you want it to use on the Night Shift screen. Slide the slider to change the screen’s color temperature. When it comes to sleeping, warmer settings are best, but you’ll want to find a balance so the screen is pleasant to view. Set the temperature to what feels comfortable for you and play around with it.
With the Scheduled button, you can schedule when the Night Shift turns on and off, and set a start and end time for when the color changes. As an example, you can set it to turn on an hour or two before you go to sleep and turn it off when you get up. The blue light filter can be temporarily activated by turning on Manually Enable Until Tomorrow.
Night Shift can also be set for Sunset to Sunrise, but if you don’t see that option, go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > System Services, and turn on the Setting Time Zone option. Tap the scheduled times on the Night Shift settings screen. Now you can choose Sunset to Sunrise.
The Control Center on your iPhone or iPad also allows you to activate Night Shift mode. On your device, swipe from the bottom or top-right corner of the screen to open Control Center. You can turn on Night Shift by pressing the Brightness control, then tapping the Night Shift button.

The Settings screen on most Android devices will allow you to enable or disable the blue light filter. Your specific device and Android version will determine whether the feature is available and useful. The filter can be found under Settings > Display. Check for an option for Night Light or Blue Light filter and turn it on.
You should be able to schedule the feature and adjust the color temperature most of the time. With the Schedule option, you can schedule when it should turn on and off, and with the Intensity and Opacity options, you can adjust the color temperature.
Blue Light Filter
You can easily adjust the color temperature with Blue Light Filter by choosing from a variety of presets. You can even find out what temperature you should sleep at so that you can fall asleep as you normally would. The filter’s intensity and brightness can also be adjusted.
sFilter
You can manually turn on and off blue light filters with sFilter at specific times of the day or night. The color, opacity, and brightness of the filter can be changed. It is even possible to create a shortcut icon or widget so you don’t have to open the app every time you want to use the filter.
Windows 10
You may also have trouble getting a good night’s sleep after using a Windows 10 PC or tablet before bedtime. It is possible to paint the screen with a warmer color using Microsoft’s Night Light feature. Go to Settings > System > Display by clicking the Start button. The Night light feature can be turned on by flipping the switch. Changing the colors or scheduling the feature can be done by clicking the Night light settings link.
To enable Night Light mode immediately, click Turn on now. After that, you can adjust the color temperature by moving the slider on the Strength scale. The temperature is warmer when the slider is moved to the left, and cooler when it is moved to the right.
With a Night light, you can set it to come on automatically at the appropriate time. The switch for Scheduling the night light should be turned on. There are two options here: Sunset to sunrise or Set hours. In order to set it for sunset to sunrise, you must already have Location services enabled in Windows.
If you would like to set specific hours for Night light, click Set hours. Setting the start time is as simple as clicking the time under the Turn on line. To set the time at which it stops, click the time under the Turn off line. Your night light will now automatically turn on when you need it and fade away when you don’t.
